1. Returns & Refunds

You may return most new, unopened items within 5 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay for return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

3. Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at [info@gblshop.com.au] with your order number and photos of the item. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or a full refund, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

5. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges
